This data is collected via a Squarespace form on this website and stored on Google drive. 

This information will be used for the following purposes: 

1. To manage a relationship with you, that is, to notify you about changes to this website's privacy policy; to respond to questions or complaints submitted via email or contact form. 

2. To alert you to and follow through upon prize drawings and contests.  

3. To deliver content to you, like blog posts. 

4. To analyze your preferences and improve content and products.

5. To offer suggestions of goods, services, and products that may be relevant to you. 

None of this data is shared with parties other than Emily and the Arts.

Opting out and removing Identity and Contact Data:

You may choose to unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time by sending an email to emily@emilyandthearts.com.

Submitting a query or comment through the contact form will not sign you up to the newsletter. Your Identity and Contact data will be used to respond to your query or comment; this response will contain a link to sign up for the newsletter if you wish to do so.

You may also request that your Identity and Contact data be deleted by sending an email to emily@emilyandthearts.com.
